AgentVon assistants are designed to be used directly inside ChatGPT. This page explains how to get the most value from them — without needing AI expertise.

When you first open an AgentVon assistant, begin by typing:
/help
This prompts the agent to explain what it’s designed to do, what it won’t do, and any agent-specific commands or guidance.
If you’re unsure how to phrase a request, /help is always the safest first step.
Interacting with an AgentVon assistant
AgentVon agents are designed to behave predictably when you are clear about structure and intent.
- Ask for structured replies: “Please reply in Markdown.”
- Request specific formats: “Use headings and bullet points.”
- Ask for tables or workflows: “Present this as a Markdown table.”
Markdown stays inside the chat and is usually the clearest, most reliable way to work with structured information.
Uploading your own materials
You can upload documents such as PDFs, CSVs, or other files directly into ChatGPT and ask an AgentVon assistant to work with them.
- Ask the agent to summarise or extract key points
- Request structured analysis or consistency checks
- Use your materials as context rather than retyping information
Challenging and checking answers
AgentVon assistants are designed to tolerate — and encourage — challenge.
You can ask things like:
- “Run a quality check on your last answer.”
- “Can you surface any assumptions you’re making?”
- “Are there alternative viewpoints I should consider?”
The agent will re-evaluate its output against its internal rules and constraints, checking for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
Longer-running work
For work that spans multiple sessions, it can be useful to preserve the meaningful state of the conversation without keeping one long thread forever.
- /export_context — captures the structured state (key facts, decisions, progress)
- /import_context — reloads that state into a fresh chat
This helps reduce drift while keeping conversations manageable.
Privacy and data handling
AgentVon beta assistants run entirely inside your own ChatGPT account. AgentVon does not see your conversations, uploads, or activity.
All messages and files are handled by ChatGPT under your subscription, settings, and OpenAI’s terms.
Access requirements
You’ll need a ChatGPT account to use AgentVon assistants. For the best experience, a plan that supports custom GPTs and access to more capable models is recommended.
